Artisan Sonics installed their archiving and reporting system in our Gynecology and Obstetrics Ultrasound unit in November 2009. The new system installation was completed ahead of the original schedule. Artisan's system interfacing with our Patient Management and Administration System (NAMER) has also been completed without much difficulties and since January 2010 the new system operates smoothly and continuously to our complete satisfaction.

In the rare cases where Artisan Sonics support has been called for, the company's response has been prompt and fast whether via remote access procedure or actual site visit.
